I tried to do an svndump on the stuff to rsync, but got an error
message. So, can you guys do the following;
svnadmin dump svn/etchproj >etch.svn.dump
tar cfz etch.tar.gz etch.svn.dump
cat etch.tar.gz | md5sum >etch.tar.gz.md5
cat etch.tar.gz | sha1sum >etch.tar.gz.sha1
(or equivalents)
And then upload the 3 files to the INFRA-1762 issue.

Ok. The Subversion dump has been attached to the INFRA issue.
The total size of the gzipped file was greater than the 10Mb attachment
limit so I split the gzipped file into three pieces.
Let me know if there are any problems.
