1) tez.lib.uris being set in cluster conf.
2) yarn.app.classpath set in cluster conf.
3) all vertices get classpath env similar to the AM. cleaned up mrhelpers to not do the same.
4) changed all mini mrr tests to remove unnecessary code
5) removed instances of mini_yarn_cluster from tezClient, tezClientUtils
