[PATCH] jakarta-taglibs: changed JAR names

Hi all,

attached is a patch that updates the gump descriptor for the 
jakarta-taglibs project to reflect the changes in JAR naming that have 
been done a while ago: all JARs except for jstl.jar, standard.jar and 
jsp20el.jar now have a "taglibs-"-prefix.

[Found out about this because jakarta-cactus-sampleservlet-* was failing 
due to prereq-failures, but jakarta-taglibs had been correctly built.]
