Description:
Phase 1: change sqconfig file so that local workstation instance does not use virtual nodes.
* Also update any regression EXPECTED files accordingly.
Phase 2: change pyinstaller and ambari-installer to not use virtual nodes when installing on single node.
Phase 3: Remove virtual node support in sqgen and any scripts using SQ_VIRTUAL_NODES.
* Also look for any code using other methods to determine workstation versus cluster.
