DIME attachment - Option elements

Hi,
the dime internet-draft 
(http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-nielsen-dime-02.txt) 
describes that it is possible to set optional elements to dime records. 
How can I add optional elements (e.g. the name of an attachment) to a 
record using axis1.0?
