As a user I want to have a possibility to use Notebook Web Terminal from DLab UI so that I can go to Notebook terminal without extra setting.

 

*Acceptance criteria:*
 # it should be button 'web ssh' on action menu for notebook 
 # if user click on 'web ssh' a new tab browser is open and establishes conection to SSH server
