Non Apache related discussions should move to our old google groups

The zipkin team are moving back to the OpenZipkin org per a recent
vote [1]. This list will be reserved for Apache Incubator related
topics, such as logistics of that move.

For other concerns, please revert to our openzipkin mailing lists:
