We do a full re-index on a dummy Core with solr and SWAP it with our Production core. Now we created Solr Cloud with Zookeeper, the swap functionality is did not work with solr Cloud. I get inconsistent results.
How to Swap Cores using Solr Cloud.

Don't swap cores. You're really _far_ better off forgetting
that any of the core admin API exists and thinking about
collection operations whenever possible.
In this case, you probably want to use "collection aliasing"
see the collections API.
