Help with conll dependency node annotation

Hello all,

Kindly let me know in the attached herewith screenshot how to determine
that the medical concept 'hematocrit' is dependent on '49.5' and not '7.9'
or vice-a-versa using ConllDependencyNode Annotation. the deprel attribute
has value NMOD. However I am not able to interpret the number which
indicates what is dependent on what.
