Two silly ideas?

Idea 1: Create an "autoload" file, mapping directives to DLLs. Use it to load
DLLs on demand.

Idea 2:
<Include somefile>
Permit <regexp>
Permit <regexp>
.
.
Deny <regexp>
Deny <regexp>
.
.
</Include>
