Alert state on Host

Hi,

 

I have 3 host running using kvm and connected to ACS 4.8. Agent are running
on each host . From host I can ping to ACS from each host. But from UI, it
show alert state. I try to reconnect from UI but failed. Is there any
workaround?

Hi , 

Could you paste the agent log file ,  /var/log/cloudstack/agent/agent.log from one of the KVM hosts 

Check the firewall iptables

Also upload the management server log

What error you're getting after you try to connect from GUI?

Just tail -f managementserver.log | grep <UUID host> before making connection attempt from GUI. Get JOB-ID for  reconnect attempt and track logs using it details exception/error.

Copy paste the logs here.
