It would be useful to have a Bulletin indicator column on the Processors tab of the Summary page. This would allow the user to sort on this column to quickly find all processors which have active bulletins. The additional space requirements are minimal, and some current columns could be reduced in size to accommodate the additional column, e.g. Run Status.
