The top level site stuff is in: trunk/src/site
The user's guide is in: trunk/books/0.3.0

The user's guide in particular is in Markdown format which is pretty 
easy to read.  There are even standalone tools like Mou 
(http://mouapp.com/) to working with it.  Personally I use an Intellij 
plugin.
