   Based on the source code downloaded in Step 1, we should have a script named "deploy_openwhisk.sh" to build and deploy openwhisk services.
   
   For other openwhisk projects, we need to have separate commands to deploy their services or build their tools as well, e.g. catalog, cli, wskdeploy, runtimes, api gateway, etc.
