Now on GUI we have some terms which user may not understand. we do have some docs and tips, but it's not well referenced. So we need to do some enhancement here, to make sure user have the right way to understand how kylin works.

1. will add tip to specific term on GUI.
2. will add doc link to specific term.

this task will be a continuous task.
