debug parameter added to fineract-cn-demo-server

If you want to debug microservices you started via the demo-server add
the parameter  -Ddemoserver.runInDebug=true  All the microservices
will be started in debug mode.

I've just merged the pull requests to fineract-cn-service-starter and
fineract-cn-demo-server.  You'll have to pull both to enjoy this new
help for developers.
