How to get all the devices details inside Hertzbeat from different Application where I am adding the all device, and later inside hertzbeat make into to JSON template for all the device we get for importing and fetching metrics?? All these things work internally programatically.

Suppose a different application is publishing a message to a kafka topic whenever device is added, then how to consume that message and get all the devices details in hertzbeat and later put it as a JSON template format for bulk import OR monitor all the devices consumed in hertzbeat?
Simply I want to monitor those devices after consuming the message which are added to kafka topic. Help me out with the approach.
