[MARKETING] New List for CloudStack Marketing - now live!

Hey folks, 

The CloudStack Marketing (cloudstack-marketing) list is now live. To
subscribe, send a request to:

cloudstack-marketing-subscribe@incubator.apache.org

If you're interested in participating in discussions about promoting
CloudStack, please do subscribe. Not sure how busy the list will be -
but it'll probably be a bit less busy than cloudstack-dev (and this will
take a little of the load off that list as well).
