Format - Page... - Page - Paper format - Height = 7 inch.
Format - Page... - Columns - Settings - Columns = 2.

Print using PrimoPDF results in a page with height of 14 cm = 5.5 inch as
measured on screen by ruler with some text at bottom lost.
