Bootstrap: Class loader creation threw exception

When I run the startup file of tomcat 4 I have the error message :


Bootstrap: Class loader creation threw exception
java.lang.IllegalMonitorStateException: current thread not owner

This error comes when tomcat run catalina. 

I don't know why there is this error. Someone can help me.
