Some material on the Apache Geode website has gone stale, so let's update the page. Some suggestions:
 * Replace the Clubhouse part with a pointer to the "Articles" page of the wiki: [https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GEODE/Articles+and+Presentations]
 * Consider a reference to the Pivotal Open Source Hub channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/PivotalOpenSourceHub
 * Replace the manually-maintained list of committers with a link to the authoritative source: [https://projects.apache.org/committee.html?geode]
