In the XML header, instead of ..manual.en.xsl.. it should be ...manual.ru.xml, like this:
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='KOI8-R' ?>
<!DOCTYPE manualpage SYSTEM "./style/manualpage.dtd">
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="./style/manual.ru.xsl"?>
<manualpage>
And I also think you should rename further XML files to *.xml.ru, to make easier to transform them.

Thanks. But I have already translated three files (so this bug is in all
those files) and sent them here and I didn't write "manual.ru.xml" because
this file has nothing to be translated; it should be just created (copied)
by any commiter (I suppose). But still I think you right, so I will do it in
my translations.
