[GitHub] [airflow] ephraimbuddy commented on issue #16227: LocalTaskJob heartbeat race condition with finishing task causing SIGTERM
ephraimbuddy commented on issue #16227:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/16227#issuecomment-854201761
I'm able to replicate this consistently with this dag:
```
import time
from airflow import models
from airflow.operators.python import PythonOperator
from datetime import datetime, timedelta
default_args = {
"owner": "airflow",
"start_date": datetime(2021, 1, 31),
}
dag_name = "dag_timeout_test"
def mycallable():
time.sleep(62)
with models.DAG(
dag_name,
default_args=default_args,
schedule_interval=None,
dagrun_timeout=timedelta(minutes=1)
) as dag:
test2 = PythonOperator(
task_id="timeout",
python_callable=mycallable,
)
```
The reason is that task instance and task runner runs on the same process. I'm taking a look
