[VOTE] Release Maven Eclipse plugin version 2.7 (take 2)
Note:
* Changed wording of index.html as per Arnaud suggestion.
* Added source-release assembly

We solved 11 issues:

I thought I checked that...
Maybe I only checked that the source-release was being created
successfully not what its contents was.

It appears the source-release packages are missing the LICENSE and
NOTICE files [0].
The descriptor you copied isn't fully worked out yet. For a plugin, the
descriptor John made recently for the Assembly Plugin's release [1] is
probably the best starting point.
