I often work with my laptop in different locations, so I need to adjust the Maven build settings to match the network addresses that are valid for that location:
 * Proxy settings
 * Repository Settings (NEXUS)
 * Properties

Can you make it possible for profiles to be activated when a network address is reachable? For example, the return value of a ping is evaluated for activation.
