SMTP Error in Mailet Log

My Domain name is gatsystems.com.  I'm registered with register.com's DNS servers, which I've included in my list of DNS servers.

I have a dynamic IP that I keep refreshing to maintain.  That I've kept for at least 2-3 months.

Any idea why I get this message? When I try to send mail?
