[jira] [Updated] (SPARK-8953) SPARK_EXECUTOR_CORES has no effect to dynamic executor allocation function

Sean Owen updated SPARK-8953:
-----------------------------
       Priority: Minor (was: Major)
    Component/s: (was: Spark Core)
                 Spark Submit

This is probably OK, but what does it have to do with dynamic allocation? please provide a useful description and set component / priority appropriately.
