A new information
On my Cygwin bash i can write any "é" or "è".
I think the problem is in my charset configuration, how can i solve this
?

Hello
I attempt to make this an i have got the same result.
My server is running on a Windows XP with a cygwin install (and i use
the cygwin subersion package).
And i use for adding files the svnserve -t witch is invoked by the
tortoiseSVN client.
Please help ! :)

What kind of box does the server run on? Also WinXP?
If it's some kind of *NIX box, try setting the environment variable
LC_CTYPE to something useful.
For example:
export LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.ISO8859-1
svn checkout file://repo/OWTec

You can use putty as your ssh client, and set SVN_SSH to
c:\putty\plink.exe. However, setting up an ssh server on a windows
machine is something I'm not familiar with, sorry.

It seem to be impossible to change the LANG value in Cygwin.
It only accept LANG=C
Then i think i can't solve my problem !
But i have installed cygwin for using sshd with subversion.
Anyone can tell me how i can install a sshd server and subversion on
windows ?

This is indeed a problem... The problem may well be that svn doesn't
know the windows codepage, and how to convert between it and UTF-8.
Have you had any luck on a linux/unix machine, if you have one lying
about?

c'est éffectivement un problème... Le problème pourrais bien être que
svn ne sais pas convertir entre le codepage Windows et UTF-8.
Est-ce que tu as eu du réussite avec une machine linux/unix, si tu en a
une par là?

Hello,
My problème is i can't write "touch problème" on my bash.
It make a "bip" sound when i attempt to press the key "é".
French:
Mon problème est que je ne peux même pas taper le "é" sous mon invite de
commande Shell de cygwin. Mon shelle ne me permet pas de tapper des
caractères accentués et je pense que le problème doit venir de là.

Try this:
touch problème; svn add problème; svn ci -m "accented filename"
afterwards, in tortoisesvn, update and let us know whether you get an
error. Perhaps there is an incompatibility between the actual codepage
of the filesystem and the codepage that cygwin thinks there is.
