This is odd, because by the time it has gotten here it's already done
those same actions a couple of times.  It it repeatable?  Do you have
DB_File installed?  What version of Berkeley DB?

I've heard of problems OS X has with Berkeley DB, perhaps there is
some wonkiness with the DB library.
