What's exactly in the phoenix-hadoop2-compat.jar and phoenix-hadoop-compat.jar? Is it our own stuff, kind a mini shim layer? Or is it hadoop classes? I think it's ok to combine if it's our own stuff to make installation easy for folks. Thoughts? [~mujtaba], [~jesse_yates]
