Cocoon.war Language Exception on WebLogic6.1 sp2

Hi,
I need your help!
The first cocoon welcome page is displayed properly.
Now, the problem I am facing is, bea is not loading sub sitemaps.
I am getting the following error:
message Language Exception
description org.apache.cocoon.ProcessingException: Language Exception:
org.apache.cocoon.components.language.LanguageException: Error compiling
welcome_index_xsp: nullLine 0, column 0: error: java.io.IOException: read
error 1 error
