OM release

Hello Sebastian,

Maybe it make sense to document current RTMPT issues and do release?
Otherwise we might enter endless "improvement loop" :)

What do you think?

I would like to clean up latest changes to the red5 server any sync
neccessary changes to us.
It makes no sense from my point of view to release now with Red5 r4378
without knowing if Red5 r4380 might (or might not) fix those.

I think so too.
