I agree that this is nice to have but would be helpful for troubleshooting consensus related issues.

> The Master UI only lists replicas in the latest committed config. If there was a replica stuck in a pending state, due to being e.g. the only surviving replica in a pending config for which commit is not possible, the Master would not list it in the web UI.
