[Bug 3127] New: autolearn = disabled

http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3127

           Summary: autolearn = disabled
           Product: Spamassassin
Version: SVN Trunk (Latest Devel Version)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P5
         Component: spamc/spamd
        AssignedTo: spamassassin-dev@incubator.apache.org
        ReportedBy: groups@ez15loan.com

When bayes_auto_learn is 0, particularly in a per-user settings environment,
perhaps it might be more appropriate for autolearn to equal "disabled" instead
of "unavailable"? Unavailable my lead one to believe that autolearn is either
unable to update the bayes db for one reason or another or that bayes is
disabled completely.
