SSL negotiation failed

Hello,

I've recently been unable to perform svn update or svn commit on my
unix/linux machine. The error that shows is "...SSL negotiation failed: SSL
error: compression library error (...". Doing svn on Windows still works.
Does anyone know what the problem is and how this can be solved?

Linux 5.1.19
SVN version 1.6.13

Thanks,

ET

Hello,

I'v recently been unable to perform svn update or svn commit on my
unix/linux machine. The full error message is:

"svn: OPTIONS of 'https://svn1.[servername]/[pathname]': SSL negotiation
failed: SSL eror: compression library error (https://[servername])"

svn from my windows machine still works. Does anyone know how to resolve
this?

Thanks,

ET

You should probably give the complete error message, including the part
in parentheses.
