    Description: We can push down SparkSQL {{LIKE "foo%"}} predicates which are handled as [{{StringStartsWith}}|https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/sources/filters.scala#L180] filters as a range predicate on the Kudu column.
