OM 5 installation tutorial.

  Can  we use the same  tutorials as  4.7  for  5  ?

@Daniel I believe you mean 4.0.7 :)

You are right @Stefan, OM 5 requires separate Media server installation,
and some steps (required by RTMP) are redundant
