Eclipse complains the docuement type declaration must be well-formed in
(/usr/local/lenya/src/lenya-1.2.2/build/lenya/webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml).

Changed it from this:
<!DOCTYPE web-app
      PUBLIC "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Web Application 2.3//EN"
      "http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-app_2_3.dtd">

To this to correct the error:
<!DOCTYPE web-app
      PUBLIC "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Web Application 2.3//EN"
      "http://java.sun.com/dtd/web-app_2_3.dtd">
