[jira] [Commented] (INFRA-9452) Need application links between Kafka jira issues and confluence wiki

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-9452?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14500266#comment-14500266 ]

Joel Koshy commented on INFRA-9452:
-----------------------------------

[~pctony] Thanks for following up. I had no luck in using this on a wiki.

When I try to insert a jira macro in the wiki to a filter (https://issues.apache.org/jira/sr/jira.issueviews:searchrequest-xml/12327851/SearchRequest-12327851.xml?tempMax=100) I get this:
{noformat}
The URL filter is not available to you, perhaps it has been deleted or had its permissions changed
{noformat}

And if I try to enter a search filter directly it gives me a 404.

Would you be able to help look into this? I'm trying to set up a review-queue wiki to help make sure patches that the community submits receive enough visibility and get reviewed in a timely manner.

I'm using this page to test: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/Whiteboard

> I need to use the jiraissues macro from a confluence wiki page in the Kafka project.
> I was able to add an application link from our confluence wiki space tools, but I don't see any way to add application links in the KAFKA jira administration page. My understanding is that an application link is needed in both directions.
> I'm looking at the following documentation:
> https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Linking+to+Another+Application
> https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF50/Setting+Up+Trusted+Communication+between+JIRA+and+Confluence
> Can someone on infra help with this?
