Problems with clean child instance - Update

Hello

I'm trying to create child instances which works. But doing a karaf clean (remove data directory) results in Error: Could not find or load main class org.apache.karaf.main.Main. I have tried copying the lib library from the parent instance to the child and then it works, but this shouldn't be necessary as I understand.

Is it a bug or per design ?

Same issue on Windows and Linux

Update: Version is 4.0.7
