   # Rationale for this change
   
   `GdrivePathIndex::ensure_dir` holds one mutex across every directory lookup and creation request in a path. A pending request therefore prevents unrelated directory paths from progressing.
   
   # What changes are included in this PR?
   
   Replace the global directory-creation mutex with `asyncband::singleflight::Group`, keyed by parent ID and directory name for each path component. Publish successful IDs to the existing path cache before completing the flight, and retain stale-ancestor refresh and retry behavior.
   
   Deterministic tests cover independent paths, shared ancestors, and creator cancellation. The independent-path test fails with the original global mutex and passes with this change.
   
   Validation: all 15 service unit tests, both doc tests, and Clippy with `-D warnings`.
   
   # Are there any user-facing changes?
   
   Directory creation through an operator and its clones can progress concurrently for independent paths while coordinating shared ancestors. Cached path resolution and its invalidation behavior remain in the path index.
   
   # AI Usage Statement
   
   AI assisted with the implementation, coordination tests, and PR draft. Validation covers the path-index component; live Google Drive testing has not been performed because service credentials were unavailable.
