Attached patch which adds key cache hit rate to CF metrics.

Note that I didn't add it to CFMBean since all metrics are moved to o.a.c.metrics package.
Also it is probably better to expose this value via nodetool cfstats, but I need more time for it since nodetool is still using deprecated CFMBeans(separate ticket?).
