Ignite docker and cloud images
Igniters,
Nick Tikhonov has created a docker container which automatically takes user
code, builds it with maven, and deploys it into an Ignite instance before
starting it up. I think this can come pretty handy during development and
testing, and even in production.
He also has added AWS and GCE images for it.
You can find these images on the download page:
https://ignite.incubator.apache.org/download.html#docker

I've merged branch with dockerfile and sprint-7.
