new korean translations

Hi, I'm back!

I have translated some documents to Korean.  Now reviewing.
Attached file is a patch for build.xml (in site-tools/httpd-docs-build).
For other documents, I made a tarball because of file size.
These documents must override existing Korean documents.

In addition, I have some questions.

1) current cvs head is docs-2.1
   can i commit these documents to docs-2.0?

2) xsl tranlation seems to pass "nbsp" (#160) entity unchanged.
   but it is a invalid character in EUC-KR, current Korean
    encoding.  then it shows "?" (question mark) in most broswers.
   editing /manual/style/lang/ko.xml was no effect.
   of course, because it depends on EUC-KR, it isn't a good solution
    even if editing works.
   Any hint?

3) what's /manual/search/manual-index.cgi ?
   does it have any intended purposes?
