Updating Genesis to 1.2-SNAPSHOT

I am planning on upgrading Genesis to 1.2-SNAPSHOT and getting the  
plugins and other dependencies in line for the 2.0 release of  
Geronimo.  I'll start the 1.2-SNAPSHOT now and do some testing before  
updating trunk.

Just a heads up.
