[DISCUSS] [DELTASPIKE-76] security module

hi @ all,

now we have a wiki-page [1] which covers the most important use-cases which
need to be discussed.
as you can see there are 4 parts to discuss the topics step by step.
that means we can progress faster and the api and spi can be evolved step
by step.
(that also means that the api and spi will change during this process and
we just add what we really need.)

for sure we can move some of the topics to a different part or split them
even further.
