   I am getting the exact same issue as you. It seems like the problem is being caused by the AlterOpLayout pass. 
   
   For me, disabling the pass by changing 
   `with tvm.transform.PassContext(opt_level=3):` to `with tvm.transform.PassContext(opt_level=3, disabled_pass=["AlterOpLayout"):` makes the problem go away.
