Xephyrus File Upload Tag Library 1.0 Released

Greetings,


I have just posted version 1.0 of the Xephyrus File Upload Tag Library to
match the Jakarta Commons File Upload 1.0 release.  I will be leaping for
joy with you all momentarily.


Visit the home page of this project for the full list of changes in this
release.  The most prominent change, of course, is bringing the whole tag
library beastie up to par with the Jakarta Commons File Upload 1.0
release.
