[users@httpd] mod_rewrite not working...

Hello All,

The .htaccess file is supposed to convert this URL using mod_rewrite:

http://www.mydoamin.com/test.php?siteidO
to

http://www.mydomain.com/test5.htm

How do I create my .htaccess file. I am a newbie and could fine any good
stuff on google.
