   ### What happened
   
   StarRocks will throw NullPointerException when dirty.ignore is false.

   ### What you expected to happen
   
   When `dirty.ignore` is false,  no `dirty.side-output.labels`, no `dirty.identifier` and no `dirty.side-output.log-tag` will be given in options.  We should judge if they are null.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   When `dirty.ignore` is false,  no `dirty.side-output.labels`, no `dirty.identifier` and no `dirty.side-output.log-tag` will be given in options.  NullPointerException will be thrown and flink task will fail.
